These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the TripTrix™ website, including any pages, forms, waitlist signups, beta tester applications, surveys, contact forms, communications, and related online services made available by TripTrix, Inc. These Terms apply to the website and pre-launch services currently offered by TripTrix.

TripTrix is not yet offering a live subscription product. Any future mobile application, paid subscription, family plan, beta product, or production product may be subject to additional or updated terms.

Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using the website, submitting a form, joining a waitlist, applying to participate in beta testing, responding to a survey, contacting us, or otherwise interacting with TripTrix online, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the website or submit information to TripTrix.

1. About TripTrix

TripTrix is developing a privacy-first travel sharing platform designed to help travelers control how, when, and with whom they share trip information, travel status, location, messages, comments, photos, videos, and related travel experiences.

The website currently provides information about TripTrix, allows visitors to contact us, and may allow interested users to join a waitlist, apply for beta testing, respond to surveys, or participate in other pre-launch activities.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the website, submit forms, join a waitlist, apply for beta testing, or otherwise provide information to TripTrix.

By using the website or submitting information to TripTrix, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

The website is not intended for children. TripTrix does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

3. Acceptance of These Terms

You accept these Terms when you:

• Access or use the TripTrix website
• Submit a Contact Us form
• Join a waitlist
• Apply to participate in beta testing
• Respond to a survey
• Subscribe to receive communications
• Communicate with TripTrix through the website or related forms
• Check a box, click a button, or take another action indicating acceptance of these Terms

For forms, waitlists, beta applications, surveys, or similar submissions, TripTrix may require you to affirmatively agree to these Terms before submitting the form.

4. Relationship to the Privacy Policy

Your use of the website and any information you submit are also governed by the TripTrix Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains how TripTrix collects, uses, protects, and handles personal information, including information submitted through website forms, waitlists, beta applications, surveys, customer communications, HubSpot, Typeform, Cloudflare, and related service providers.

By using the website or submitting information to TripTrix, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy.

Where required by law, TripTrix will request separate consent for specific processing activities, such as optional marketing communications. Agreeing to these Terms does not replace any consent required under applicable privacy or marketing laws.

5. Website Use

You may use the website only for lawful, personal, informational, and non-commercial purposes.

You agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or harmful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to TripTrix systems, accounts, forms, data, or infrastructure
• Interfere with or disrupt the website or related systems
• Use bots, scrapers, crawlers, automated tools, or similar technologies without our written permission
• Submit false, misleading, impersonated, or unauthorized information
• Attempt to reverse engineer, probe, scan, test, or compromise the website or related systems

• Violate the rights of TripTrix, other users, or third parties
• Use TripTrix names, trademarks, content, or materials without permission
• Misrepresent your relationship with TripTrix

TripTrix may suspend, restrict, or block access to the website if we believe these Terms have been violated or if doing so is necessary to protect the website, users, systems, or TripTrix.

6. Forms, Waitlists, Surveys, and Beta Applications

TripTrix may allow you to submit information through contact forms, waitlists, beta tester applications, surveys, or similar forms.

By submitting information, you represent that:

• The information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge
• You have the right to provide the information
• You are not impersonating another person
• You will not submit information that is unlawful, misleading, harmful, infringing, or abusive

Submitting a waitlist form, beta application, survey, or other form does not guarantee that you will receive access to TripTrix, be selected for beta testing, receive a product invitation, receive a response, or receive any specific benefit.

TripTrix may accept, reject, prioritize, delay, or remove waitlist or beta applications at its discretion.

7. Beta Testing and Pre-Launch Participation

TripTrix may invite selected individuals to participate in beta testing, early access, interviews, surveys, product research, or other pre-launch activities.

Participation in beta testing or early access is not guaranteed. If you are invited to participate, additional terms, notices, confidentiality obligations, consent forms, or beta testing rules may apply.

Beta or pre-launch versions of TripTrix may be incomplete, experimental, unavailable, changed, interrupted, or discontinued at any time. TripTrix makes no promise that any beta feature will become part of the final product.

You agree not to rely on beta or pre-launch information as a final description of TripTrix's future product, features, pricing, availability, performance, or launch timing.

8. Communications from TripTrix

If you submit a form, join a waitlist, apply for beta testing, respond to a survey, or contact us, TripTrix may communicate with you about your submission, inquiry, beta application, waitlist status, product research, customer support issue, or related administrative matters.

Where required by law, TripTrix will request your separate opt-in consent before sending marketing communications. You may withdraw marketing consent or unsubscribe from marketing communications where applicable.

Transactional, administrative, legal, security, and service-related communications may still be sent where permitted by law.

9. User Submissions and Feedback

You may choose to provide comments, ideas, suggestions, survey responses, beta feedback, product feedback, design feedback, feature requests, travel preferences, or other information to TripTrix.

You retain ownership of the content you submit, subject to the rights you grant to TripTrix under these Terms.

By submitting feedback, ideas, suggestions, survey responses, beta comments, or similar materials, you grant TripTrix a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, analyze, adapt, publish, display, and otherwise use that material for the purpose of evaluating, developing, improving, operating, and promoting TripTrix, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

TripTrix has no obligation to use, compensate you for, keep confidential, or return any feedback, ideas, suggestions, or similar submissions unless we have separately agreed in writing.

Do not submit confidential, proprietary, sensitive, or third-party information unless you have the right to do so and understand that TripTrix may use the submission as described in these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

10. No Live Subscription Product Yet

TripTrix is not currently offering a live subscription product through the website.

Any information on the website about expected features, pricing, family plans, subscriptions, beta programs, product design, future launch plans, or business model is provided for informational and pre-launch purposes only.

TripTrix may change, delay, cancel, limit, or discontinue any planned feature, product, price, subscription, beta program, launch plan, or service at any time.

No statement on the website guarantees that any specific product, feature, subscription plan, price, launch date, beta program, or service will become available.

If TripTrix later offers paid subscriptions or other paid services, additional terms, payment terms, cancellation terms, renewal terms, and consumer disclosures will apply before purchase.

11. No Travel, Safety, Legal, Financial, or Professional Advice

The website may include information about travel sharing, privacy, travel status, product plans, or related topics.

This information is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not travel advice, safety advice, legal advice, financial advice, security advice, emergency advice, or professional advice.

You are responsible for your own travel decisions, safety decisions, legal compliance, and reliance on any information you choose to use.

TripTrix is not an emergency service and should not be used as a substitute for emergency services, official travel notices, airline communications, government alerts, or direct communications with travel providers.

12. Intellectual Property

The website, including its text, graphics, designs, logos, names, trademarks, service marks, icons, images, concepts, layout, look and feel, and other materials, is owned by TripTrix or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property and other laws.

TripTrix™, TripTrix, and related names, logos, slogans, and marks are trademarks or service marks of TripTrix, Inc.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise use TripTrix content, branding, or materials without prior written permission, except as allowed by law.

You may view and use the website for personal, informational, and non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

13. Third-Party Services and Links

The website may reference or link to third-party websites, platforms, services, providers, or resources.

TripTrix is not responsible for third-party websites, content, policies, practices, availability, security, or services. Your use of third-party websites or services is governed by their own terms and policies.

TripTrix may use third-party service providers to operate the website, manage forms, process submissions, support communications, provide security, host infrastructure, and perform related functions, as described in the Privacy Policy.

14. Privacy-First Commitments

TripTrix's privacy commitments are described in the Privacy Policy.

As of the effective date of these Terms, TripTrix's public website and pre-launch activities are designed around the following principles:

• No sale of personal data
• No advertising use of personal data
• No behavioral advertising profiles
• No relationship profiling from contacts, circles, connections, message participants, or travel-sharing activity
• No advertising cookies
• No tracking pixels
• No device fingerprinting
• No IP-address tracking
• Use of personal information only for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy

If these commitments change, TripTrix will update the Privacy Policy and, where appropriate, these Terms.

15. Availability and Changes to the Website

TripTrix may change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue all or part of the website at any time without notice.

TripTrix does not guarantee that the website will be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of harmful components.

We may update website content, forms, waitlists, beta processes, product descriptions, policies, and these Terms from time to time.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

The website and all website content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TripTrix disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, reliability, and security.

TripTrix does not warrant that the website will meet your expectations, that any information will be complete or current, or that any future product, beta program, subscription service, or feature will be launched or made available.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers, so some of these disclaimers may not apply to you.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TripTrix and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, advisors, affiliates, service providers, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or similar damages, including lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, business interruption, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the website.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TripTrix's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the website or these Terms will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

18. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TripTrix and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, advisors, affiliates, service providers, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to:

• Your use of the website
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of applicable law
• Your submission of false, misleading, infringing, unlawful, or unauthorized information
• Your violation of any rights of another person or entity

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

If you are a consumer located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection laws, you may also have rights under the mandatory laws of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

20. Dispute Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact TripTrix at support@triptrix.co and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Please include your name, contact information, a description of the issue, and the relief you seek.

TripTrix will attempt to respond within a reasonable time.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the dispute may be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless applicable consumer protection law gives you the right to bring a claim in another jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief where appropriate.

21. Changes to These Terms

TripTrix may update these Terms from time to time.

If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide additional notice where required by law.

Your continued use of the website after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms, except where additional notice or consent is required by law.

22. Termination

TripTrix may suspend or terminate your access to the website or related pre-launch services if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for TripTrix or others, submitted false or abusive information, or used the website in an unlawful or harmful way.

You may stop using the website at any time.

23. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented for specific features or programs, are the entire agreement between you and TripTrix regarding your use of the website.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

TripTrix's failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of its right to do so later.

You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without TripTrix's prior written consent. TripTrix may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or by operation of law.
